| We began using this book for my daughter's 2nd grade year. We're wrapping it up at the end of her 3rd grade. We supplement with practice where I write the words on the white board and she copies the work on her own lined paper. We love this book, it's very well thought out and groups similarly styled letters together, ie: uppercase cane letters M, N, U, V, Y, W, K and H, then flag letters like B, P, R, with lots of other groups like A and O since they are styled similarly. I love this breakdown and there is lots of repitition in the book. This is a great way to learn, we'll likely repeat this book for 4-5th grade, just for reinforcement. At just 8-9 dollars, it's a really valuable resource. |
