This book covers many of the prinicple topics of Church Administrative and is a great resource for new administrators and leaders as well experienced individulas needing a refresher. |This handbook, writen by several authors, is a solid collection of some basic administrative information. Although several chapters are not as well developed as they could be, there is enough here to get you started. To balance this shortcoming, there are extensive lists of additional readings that can provide more detail. There are chapters on finances, special events, staff, leadership, organization, and more.|
